Bourke Place is home to a recently refurbished 55 storey premium office building, in the heart of the Melbourne CBD. This fitout was designed to create wow factor, through the use of ceiling high walnut timber panelling, natural stone reception and a timeless colour palette, in combination with metal features.
The construction project involved the creation of a large meeting room with high-quality AV equipment and built-in joinery.
The lobby/reception area was designed with bespoke architectural joinery and timber wall panelling, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for visitors.
A custom kitchen with booth seating and stone benches is also included in the plan, providing a comfortable space for employees to take a break. The fitout also contrains feature ceilings and bulkheads, as well as custom light fittings, further enhancing the aesthetics of the space.
A quiet room is also incorporated into the design, featuring timber wall panelling and an oak desk, providing a peaceful and conducive environment for work.
In addition to the individual elements, a complete tenancy refurbishment was be carried out, ensuring that the space is fully renovated and ready for use.
