Joe Scardamaglia
Joe has worked for over 25 years in the building & construction industry and has gained extensive contracting experience in that time. Joe has a strong ability to lead a project team, implement effective management systems and value engineer building elements from a construction viewpoint.
Joe's vast knowledge of modern interior construction systems helps to deliver cohesive and quality interiors. With his hands-on approach and strong leadership skills, he instils a high level of enthusiasm and attention to detail in the IRM team. Joe is committed to always meeting client expectations through skilful planning and project management, ensuring every project is completed to the highest quality, on time and on budget.
Construction Manager
Peter Thompson
Peter has been with IRM for 25 years, providing a high level of support to our project managers and ensuring accurate and on-time delivery of all projects. Peter possesses exceptional problem-solving skills, often producing solutions to enhance the original idea.

He is responsible for construction and delivery of all projects and has a direct role in the critical pre-construction programming as well as formulating and implementing the construction methodology of all projects. Peter has a vast and impressive building background and his excellent communication has earned him the respect of many clients.

Adrian Scardamaglia
Adrian joined IRM in 2005 and has gained extensive experience in the project management of high-end interior construction projects. Graduating from Victoria University in Building & Construction, he has built excellent rapport with clients and contractors alike.

Adrian is responsible for project delivery including programming, cost planning, procurement and co-ordination. He has a track record of delivering to the highest quality and within budget by effectively organising, managing and utilising all available resources. Adrian is able to lead teams on commercial and education fitout projects where the highest standards are routinely demanded.

Stefan Scardamaglia
Stefan joined IRM almost 10 years ago after graduating from RMIT. Stefan possesses a unique skillset, with a deliberate focus on communication and attention to detail. Client satisfaction is always at the forefront of his endeavours.

With his project management competencies and programming & procurement knowledge, he works closely with clients, our construction team, contractors, designers and other stakeholders to facilitate a seamless construction process.

Maria Dimoska
Maria works within our project team to assist with the organisation of our operations, the management of client, contractor & supplier correspondence and the documentation and monitoring of projects.

HSE Manager
Christina Johnstone
Christina manages and implements all Health, Safety and Environmental documentation for IRM. Her interests lie in ensuring the appropriate safety measures are met for everyone both on and off site.

Christina is always thinking of others which is why she is continually developing new measures of how to further eliminate risk and hazards involved in construction work. Since taking over the HSE administration her compelling and enthusiastic approach has transformed our documentation through continual refinement of our auditing criteria.
