UNICO Office Fitout

This project involved the strip-out and refurbishment of 1 floor and the partial refurbishment of an occupied floor including a slab penetration to form an architectural connecting stair between two levels.

The fit-out included construction of kitchenettes and breakout spaces, offices, meeting and boardroom spaces, collaborative work zones, DDA amenities and the refurbishment of male and female bathrooms.

These works were successfully completed in stages to ensure that the client was able to continue operating out of the space whilst works were underway.
