IRM completed the refurbishment of over 3,800 square metres of office accommodation for United Petroleum’s new headquarters.
The extensive works included the renovation and build of new executive suites, meeting rooms, reception, library, lift lobbies, bathrooms, a cafeteria, utility rooms, breakout spaces, workstations and a records facility as well as the renewal of the façade.
The very tight timeline on this project meant that it could only be delivered by us, using our Construction Management systems. The design and documentation was only provided marginally ahead of construction and despite this we were able to deliver an impressive result, and another high quality fit-out on time and on budget.
