At 446 Collins Street we undertook an extensive regeneration of the building, including a Gray Puksand designed Ground Floor lobby and a state-of-the-art end of trip facility which includes a multipurpose wellness room.

The project involved a comprehensive cold shell demolition of the existing live ground floor lobby and basement, followed by the construction of a high-end lobby and end-of-trip facility. 

The main objective was to revitalise the building's entry and common areas, elevating its appeal and providing enhanced amenities to tenants and visitors. The new lobby and EOT Facility boasts premium feature wall and ceiling paneling, line chiseled mechanically fixed granite wall panels, and granite floor tiling, creating a visually striking and opulent atmosphere. 

In addition, the end-of-trip facility comprises male, female and DDA shower/bathrooms, a versatile 100-person function space, a fully equipped gymnasium, secure bicycle parking, drinking station and meditation room, catering to the well-being and lifestyle needs of the building’s tenants.
