This project was located within a premier office building located in the Melbourne CBD. We aimed to create a warm and welcoming, yet modern lobby through the use of nautral timber, natural stone, custom lighting and high-end finishes.

Key Construction Features:

- Construction of several on-floor speculative fitouts

- Bespoke architectural joinery and timber wall panelling

- Architectural leather panelling and booth seating

- Feature ceilings and bulkheads

- Natural travertine and bluestone tiling throughout

- Custom light fittings

- Complete lobby refurbishment, whilst maintaining access throughout duration

- Construction of End of Trip Facility
